NaCo Clothing Gears Up for the World Cup

Only hours away from the 19th FIFA World Cup, many are rampaging through sports stores for last minute jersey-buys only to come face to face with empty shelves and "out of stock" signage. Lucky for them, NaCo, the internationally known apparel and accessories line that in 1999 was born to to proclaim naco pride through apparel and accessories, has just released their 2010 World Cup inspired collection. Perfect timing.
NaCo's World Cup collection doesn't draw far from the drawing board of traditional team jerseys and team paraphernalia. You'll find your classic jerseys, jackets, tees and the must-have team scarf for late night plays. But what you will find in the collection that sets it apart from say, a sports-store bought jersey, is a more personalized way to show your support for some of the teams that will be playing the field the next couple of weeks. All sporting the number 10 in representation of the 2010 World Cup, Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Italia, Spain, Argentina, and the host country, South Africa, are captured in tees and jerseys with a noted NaCo touch. "Armando Broncas" (Mexico), "Chebo Ludo" (Argentina), "Tiago Tarugo" (Portugal), "Ze A Rosao" (Brazil), "Lucca Bron" (Italia), "Tigano La Copa" (South Africa) and "Paco Torrear" (Spain) are some of the quotes that read off the back of the tees and jerseys where traditionally the name of the soccer player is placed. Paying close attention to detail, NaCo opted for a soccer crest detail on the pocket and a "naco" crest detail on the front zipper head. The collection also offers a World Cup themed tee that pays homage to "Pique", the mascot to the 1986 World Cup where Mexico served as host.
Along with the apparel collection, NaCo released a comical candle dedicated to Cuauhtémoc Blanco Bravo, Mexico's national football team attacking midfielder. The "San Cuauh" candle, as NaCo cleverly named it, is supposed to increase the chances of the Mexican team winning each of their games, and ultimately winning the championship.
So there you have it, you can light your candles and you can say your prayers to "San Cuauh" (if Mexico is your team of choice, of course), but regardless, you'll be cheering in style and personality with NaCo designed Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Italia, Spain, Argentina or South Africa gear.
Happy Shopping.
